VNS Home Health Services of Rhode Island (visiting nurse services), part of South County Hospital Healthcare System, is southern Rhode Island's resource for home healthcare services. VNS offers the services of visiting nurses, rehabilitation therapists, and other highly skilled home healthcare nursing professionals to patients following their discharge from the hospital and to those whose health needs require them to be at home. If you need home healthcare services, our visiting nurses are here to help.

VNS Home Health Services includes a caring staff of experienced home healthcare nursing professionals, including registered nurses, certified nurse assistants, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, medical social workers, and nutritionists, among others.
