VNS Home Health Services, part of the South County Hospital Healthcare System, offers the services of visiting nurses, rehabilitation therapists and other highly skilled, home healthcare professionals. Our staff can help you recover and heal at home after a hospitalization (from any hospital, for any illness or surgery), or when you're homebound for any health reason and require care at home.

In addition to registered nurses and rehabilitation therapists, our VNS staff includes certified nurse assistants, physical, occupational and speech therapists, and medical social workers and nutritionists, among others. VNS Home Health Services has more than a century's experience in compassionate care. Licensed by the State of Rhode Island and accredited by The Joint Commission, VNS Home Health Services is a certified Medicare and Medicaid home health agency, as well as a member of the Visiting Nurse Associations of America and the National Association for Home Care.
