Designed to provide a seamless continuum of care, the South County Hospital Orthopedics Center offers a complete patient-centered experience–from the initial visit to the doctor’s office through pre-surgery preparations and education, admission to the Hospital’s new dedicated orthopedics wing, follow-up care planning and post-op therapy to in-home care. After surgery
For post-surgery care, South County Hospital offers an extensive Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and VNS Home Health Services.
