From East Greenwich and Points North:
The South County Hospital Medical & Wellness Center is located on Rt. 2 (South County Trail), south of Frenchtown Road.

If traveling south on Rt. 4, take Exit 6. Merge onto Rt. 2 south and follow it for approximately one-half mile. The South County Hospital Medical & Wellness Center will be on your right, shortly after Richard’s Pub and before Allies Donuts.

From Wickford and Points South:
The South County Hospital Medical & Wellness Center is located on Rt. 2 (South County Trail), north of Stony Lane.

If traveling north on Rt. 4, take Exit 6. Turn right at end of exit ramp and follow Rt. 2 south for approximately one-half mile. The South County Hospital Medical & Wellness Center will be on your right, shortly after Richard’s Pub and before Allies Donuts.
