H1N1 Vaccination Clinic for Pregnant & Postpartum Women
South County Hospital to Host 2nd H1N1 Vaccination Clinic for Pregnant and Postpartum Women
South County Hospital will hold an H1N1 flu vaccination clinic for pregnant and postpartum women (up to 6 months postpartum) on Wednesday, December 2, from 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m., in its Potter Conference Center, which is located within the Hospital at 100 Kenyon Avenue. In addition, any of the attendees who have not yet received the seasonal flu vaccination may do so at this time.
The H1N1 vaccination is free; the seasonal flu vaccine is not. Women are advised to bring proof of health insurance to receive the seasonal flu vaccination; without insurance, the cost of the seasonal flu vaccination is $30, which can be paid by check or cash. Women without coverage will not be turned away.
