Directions

From Providence and points north (including the airport)
Take I-95 South to RI Route 4 exit (marked North Kingstown & South County). Follow RI-4 as it merges with US-1 South. Follow US-1 South past three exits marked Wakefield. The next exit will be marked with the international "H" symbol and the sign "South County Hospital/Salt Pond Road." Take this exit and, at the end of the ramp, take a right followed by an immediate left onto Kenyon Avenue. The Hospital campus is 1/8 mile down Kenyon on your left. For all services take the first entrance marked Emergency Entrance and park in the patient parking area. Visitors should enter under the dome and proceed to their destination. Once inside, an information desk provides needed assistance.

From Connecticut and points south:
Take I-95 North to Exit to 3 (RI-138 east, marked Newport Bridge and University of Rhode Island). Follow RI-138 past the URI campus and continue to a traffic light intersection with US-1. Turn right onto US-1 headed south and go past three exits marked Wakefield. The next exit will be marked with the international "H" symbol and the sign "South County Hospital/Salt Pond Road." Take this exit and, at the end of the ramp, take a right followed by an immediate left onto Kenyon Avenue. The Hospital campus is 1/8 mile down Kenyon on your left. From the Westerly Charlestown area:
Take US-1 North for approximately 20 miles. Watch for the international "H" symbol and the sign "South County Hospital/Salt Pond Road." Take this exit and, at the end of the ramp, take a left and follow Salt Pont Road under the highway. Take the first left after the underpass onto Kenyon Avenue. The Hospital campus is 1/8 mile down Kenyon on your left. For all services, take the very first entrance marked Emergency Entrance and park in the patient parking area. Visitors should enter under the dome and proceed to their destination. Once inside, an information desk provides needed assistance.
