South County Hospital Healthcare System

South County Hospital Healthcare System (SCHHS) is a full-service healthcare resource, providing southern Rhode Island with a comprehensive range of advanced inpatient, outpatient, and home health services. Accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO), SCHHS is made of up four components: South County Hospital, VNS Home Health Care, South County Quality Care, and South County Surgical Supply.

South County Hospital
At the center of the South County Hospital Healthcare System, South County Hospital is an independent, non-profit, 100-bed acute care hospital offering the latest advancements in technology and a comprehensive range of medical and surgical services.

VNS Home Health Services
VNS Home Health Services offers a complete range of home health services, providing the services of visiting nurses, physical therapists and other healthcare professionals to patients following their discharge from the hospital and to those whose health needs require them to be at home.

South County Quality Care
South County Quality Care is a private duty resource for home care needs including skilled personal care, homemaking assistance, and companion services.

South County Surgical Supply
South County Surgical Supply is a full-service provider of home health equipment and home healthcare supplies.
