South County Quality Care, part of South County Hospital Healthcare System, is southern Rhode Island's resource for home-based personal care needs. Our professional staff offers a full range of home medical and non-medical care and elder care services to assure your safety and comfort at home.

Our services can supplement those of insurance-covered visiting nurse services or can be engaged independently when you or a loved one needs care not covered by insurance.

Skilled Personal Care

Our Registered Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants offer you skilled personal care, including assistance with activities such as daily living, bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.

Homemaking Assistance

South County Quality Care offers you assistance with light housekeeping, homemaking activities, meal preparation, laundry, errands, shopping, pet care, and other activities.

Companion Services

South County Quality Care offers you caring companionship—from spending time visiting or playing cards to accompanying you on your doctor visits.

New Moms

Our doulas, specially trained providers, give assistance with newborn care, family adjustment and offer support to women after childbirth. Doula services provide the mother-to-be with physical, emotional and educational support before, during and after the birth of her child.

Alzheimer-certified Care

Our staff are the only Alzheimer's-certified caregivers in the area.
